โWe can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! โ

โSo well run. Grounds are amazing with so many edible plants used by the chef when preparing her delicious gourmet brunch. Highly recommend if looking for a complete experience in a boutique hotel combining excellent spacious rooms, each with pieces of the owners history, a wonderful gourmet brunch, beautiful grounds, and only 10 minutes from the Plaza. โFantastic hotel with consistently excellent service from everyone โ front desk, valet, and restaurant staff. The valet was exceptionally fast; I never waited more than a few minutes for my car. Amenities are great, with a pool, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, and laundry room. Breakfasts had plenty of delicious options. The location is perfect โ just a short walk to the plaza. Our room was clean, comfortable, and included a nice separate seating area. Only downside: valet parking is $30/day, but...
โI love this hotel--located in walking distance to the plaza and restaurants, galleries, shopping. Great staff. Great breakfast with waffles and green chili burritos that you build yourself (so if you just want bacon, eggs, potatoes--you've got that). Only minor complaint is the strength of the internet and how it comes and goes. โ
โAmazing property and even more amazing staff! Great service and they knew my name after the first day and it was such a nice touch! You can tell they really care about every guest, I had an extremely early check out time and they had my car pulled up and someone to meet me in the morning with coffee brewed already! It was the best ever!!! โ
โWe go to Santa Fe once a year! Hotel Santa Fe is our go to hotel. It is beautiful, clean and has friendly staff. They have an excellent restaurant and a full bar in house. You almost never have to leave the hotel!! If you do decide to get out they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up within a mile radius of the hotel!! They thought of everything!! Who could ask for more??โ
โThe service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. โ
