“Nice place. I recommend staying here. On one of the busiest street in Sante Fe, but in a good way. The rooms are set back from the busy road–some farther than others–but I did not hear traffic either night. It's convenient to stores and restaurants and downtown/old town. There is breakfast buffet that costs more, and they will charge you an extra 15 on your bill for it, so you might as well eat there if you can.”

“The hotel is very beautiful and the service is satisfactory. It is also attractive to have a separate room and you can take a walk in the hotel at any time.”

“The property is old and the rooms have outdoor access. Amenities are not convenient to the rooms. A second level room requires stairs. An adjoining room to the check in area, to purchase breakfast, was most uninviting. The bathroom was nicely remodeled, but mounted bath products had to be squeezed hard to get even a trickle. This stay was just okay. It should not be rated wonderful on Expedia.”

“The room was hot! The AC didn’t appear to be working. We used the stairs to carry our luggage as the elevator closest to our room was not working.”

“There was no internet! And when we asked if the staff would clean the room after the first day of our 2 day stay, they said that they are a “time share” and do not provide cleaning services. At least the rooms were spacious and clean at The time of check in. ”

“Our King room with sitting area (2 rooms) was very disappointing. Bathroom needed maintenance, the floor was slippery. The ceiling AC was in the sitting area which included an old couch and the attached bedroom was one step up. No AC in the bedroom or fan so we had to lower the temp in the next room sitting area to make do. No TV in the sitting area. Breakfast was nice. Convenient washer, bit a rather dirty dryer. No ramp or easy way to bring your baggage up or down from about 10 steps up from...

“Amazing stay! Loved the decor and design aesthetic, the complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful place with great vibes at an affordable price. Will definitely be back when I'm back in the area!”
