“We called ahead because we were to be arriving late, after midnight. When we got to the hotel, everything was locked. We rang the bell over and over again...no response. We tried calling the hotel...no response. Finally after about 20 minutes or more, we starting banging on the window, Finally a man man in a tee shirt with disheveled hair, came out and let us in. No apology, just checked us in.”

“Room is clean. Staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast is decent with variety of choices. Parking spaces are plenty.”

“숙소는 매우 깨끗하였고, 직원들도 매우 친철하였습니다. 향후에 다시 산타 페를 방문한다고 재방문 의향이 있습니다.”

“Do not stay here the pictures on Expedia are not the same pictures at the place. The place is completely outdated. If there are any nice rooms, they were not where you could see them. The shower had a hole behind the showerhead scratches and tears everywhere.”

“Front desk was very helpful helping us check in when we arrived at 2 am. We love the cookies.”

“호텔이 전반적으로 더러웠다 계단도 망가져있고 매우 불편하다”

“Loved the court yard and the style of the rooms!!”

“Clean and fairly new. Breakfast was hot, had a pool but no bar or happy hour”

“Average facility, but the staff was unfriendly. Yelled at me for walking into eating area to get a fork, after hours. I told them that maybe they should lock the doors if plastic forks were that valuable. And be prepared if you get hurt while on their property, they will DO NOTHING to help you! Knowing I could not walk, refused to bring me some ice for my injury. Will NOT be staying here again.”

“The property was very cute, but cute at the expense of comfort and utility. The parking lot is dusty gravel. The room lighting is three bare bulbs hanging from wires. The bedside tables are 12-inch diameter pieces of logs. The walls are thin. We stayed two nights; the first had live music and even though our room was 15 rooms away from the lounge, we heard every note. The second night there was a wedding, so we were inundated by the speeches, music, and loud laughter until 1:00am. At 1:30am...

“Manager there is terrific!”

“We got in at 1am and the staff was decent about checking in me in.”
