Quirky, unique, artistic hotel with clean rooms and nice grounds. Back of hotel is a venue that has a small stage, fireplace seating area and a few other gathering places with a trailer that serves cocktails and food during events. Inside the office is a spacious dining area with indoor/outdoor seating, full bar for happy hour and a nice breakfast included with the room price. Very nice!

Such a fun and eclectic motel. Love the cozy restaurant. Fabulous breakfast and happy hour and the live music was a treat! What a fun surprise! Everyone is so helpful as well!

We recently stayed at this truly unique and holistic hotel, and it was an experience we won’t forget. None of the hours were correct. It says it will charge your card on arrival or when the desk closes but we were charged an hour early. Okay, but when we tried to contact the desk there was no answer, it goes straight to voicemail without any message, just the beep. We get there in a downpour and while we have the code to the lock box there is no instructions on how to open it. The desk was locked up 15 minutes early but there was another guest pounding on the locked door with different complaints, so I stood by waiting for help. The restaurant/bar said it was open until 10, it too was already locked up at 8:45pm. It’s a nice remodel of a drafty old motel but the draft is still there. There is no coffee in the room and the hours for breakfast are listed as both 7 & 8 am depending on where you’re looking, and we had business to attend to. There is no microwave as advertised. The refrigerator buzzed loudly all night which was almost good white noise over the neighbors tv all night thru the paper thin walls. They had not emptied the trash basket. The beds are metal spring so they creaked every time we moved. The sink bowl takes up the entire counter. Otherwise, cute.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The remodeling was very perfect and the free breakfast was delicious. They take pride in their community and their environment. I would definitely return. Also it is a LQBTQ safe environment.

Darling boutique motel convenient to everything Santa Fe. Gated property, clean rooms and fun commons areas. Live music, fun bar/restaurant and amazing staff. Room was boho style, comfortable beds, great air conditioning. On the smaller size but nicely appointed. Could use a small dresser but otherwise perfect for the price.

This is a very unique property with a funky zen like quality. It has a lovely back garden area where there was live music, food truck and a bar set up on the night we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in our almost 6 week cross country trek. It included fresh assorted berries, flaky pastries, eggs,etc. Although located on a very busy street the way the hotel was situated we did not hear much traffic. The room was small and the lighting was limited but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice change from chain hotels. It is located about 2 miles from downtown Santa Fe so easy to get to and from.

This was such a cool motel. The decor, staff, outdoor lounge area, and breakfast were all fantastic. Great stay especially for the price. Highly recommend. Live music outback during the evening was nice. Breakfast was delicious with homemade items galore. Room was clean and well decorated. Only concern was the surrounding area looked sketchy. Numerous vagrants in the area. However the parking area was secured with a fenced in area that made us feel safe. No issues occurred. The Mystic did a great job making us feel welcome and safe. Thank you!

I loved the website photos and the price was right. I have had bad experiences with hotels in Santa Fe. We were surprised it was a motel. That is usually a red flag. We did have to change rooms. The first room we checked in to was very rustic and not at all updated. They gave us another room that was perfect and matched what we saw previously on the internet. This trip could hae gone either way. Had a better room not been available, we would not have enjoyed our stay. I will say though the cook at the restaurant is fabulous!!! Eat in!!!

I was a little concerned when I realized this was a spruced up motel. However, it is amazing what a difference some careful thought and design can make! The beds were clean and excellent, the bathroom was pleasant, and the breakfast in the morning was surprisingly excellent. Everyone in our group was unexpectedly impressed and we would definitely return. The rooms could be better lit (windows were small and lighting was sparse). The A/C was a whisper-quiet modern unit with excessively bright lights. These two (minor) niggles were the only actual problems with an otherwise great motel. It’s also well located for Meow Wolf and some of the edgier parts of Santa Fe (despite feeling very safe).

Booked a deluxe king with sofa bed. Everything - Amazing! Spacious, clean, unique design. They went above and beyond in the common spaces both indoors and outdoors to really extend the stay beyond the room. My preteen loved all the outdoor set up and enjoyed games and fire pit in the evening. Morning- complimentary breakfast is actually fantastic! The staff cares about the breakfast display, greets every customer and responds quickly. Parking is behind a gate and no parking fee!
