“Fantastic hotel in the heart of Santa Fe. Loved the breakfast and happy hours. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Would 100% recommend and looking forward to coming back.”

“Not sure if it is smokefree facility but someone was smoking in the penthouse area possibly the fire exit, well the smoke stench was coming back in through the restroom vent(3am). Other than that I enjoy this casino.”

“Really nice staff, clean room, wonderful breakfast. Except one. The pool is not suitable for swimming in winter. It needs hotter water.”

“No fan in bathroom, no jets in hot tub, no towels by pool. Broken things around property that need to be repaired and little light in rooms. I’d pay a little more and stay somewhere else.”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. “I'm not expert, but I believe air conditioning should make your room colder. Our room's "air conditioning" was just blowing look cool air. To survive the night we had to open both windows to create some air flow. Open windows are not conducive to preventing the sounds of garbage and recycling removal trucks in the middle of the night, so that SUCKED ass.
