“Although the hotel has a beautiful and unique decor, I found the overall experience to be only satisfactory. The amenities were somewhat lacking (e.g. no glasses or plasticware in the room). The food at the restaurant was good but nothing special. I expected more based on the pictures of the hotel property.”

“As a historically important hotel, it is well-maintained, and I liked that the lobby and building's appearance which differentiated it from hotels in other areas, gave a very unique experience. However, it seemed that some training for the staff was necessary. I think the employee's attitude of not even looking at the customer's face when asking something at the front desk was not in line with the dignity of this hotel.”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“The stay was fine. Clean room...fine. if you look at the website, it seems like they have several restaurants and pool service with food and drinks. They absolutely do not. That was super disappointing. Pool area was fine but not enough chairs and no food or drink service. If they didn't advertise it it would have been better but they do, so.... overall disappointed”
