“The property was extremely clean and taken care of. The only pleasant employees we came across was a pool bartender guy and front desk guy. Everyone else seemed like they did not enjoy being there and did the bare minimum for working in hospitality to try and help us. Food was ok at best. Casino dealers were lacking a personality which made the gambling experience not that fun. Very strict alcohol policy - no drinking on the casino floor and all alcohol drinks have to be paid for. “We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“The staff member who checked me in was bizarrely abrupt and seemed either rude or in some way impaired. He barked at me as if I were a dog taking orders. This was both shocking and upsetting. I feel sorry for this person but he clearly in in the wrong job and should be removed for his own well being and that of customers at this hotel. ”

“Very hard getting the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner squeezed out of bottles! I would suggest bringing your own.”

“The staff is great. Drove to Santa Fe from out of state. Arrived early (4hrs.). Staff said no problem parking in garage. Also informed me my room was ready and for a small fee I could check in early. After a long drive it was great to get settled in my room. Staff provided a map of area, helpful advice for places to eat, and was always available when needed.”

“And make a report in the front desk because some teenagers they were bothering me and knocking the door and asking for the restroom and that destroyed my peace in the hotel.”
