“It looked like the hotel had some really neat rooms, but we had a small dog with us and I feel like we just got stuck in kind of a crummy room. It would’ve been nice to stay in one of the beautifully hand-painted ones. The on-site restaurant was nice though.”

“Only thing I did not like is that you have to pay to get into the pool even if you stay there $25 to swim.”

“We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

“Excellent service”

“This was an absolute excellent property. It is clean, well appointed, great sized, with a huge bathroom. The pool was nice. We enjoyed the restaurant onsite which had excellent food for a later night meal. Finally, the service was excellent. From the front desk to the valets to the servers at the restaurant all were top notch. Breakfast was amazing and the evening snacks were amazing and could substitute for a meal. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here...

“It is a beautiful southwestern/Santa Fe hotel. I love being able to get green chili chicken enchiladas at the hotel restaurant Amaya. The only disappointment was the wine list at Amaya. Although the downtown/plaza area is walkable, the hotel provides transportation to the area to make it even easier.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the room was pretty good. The downsides were that our room was next to the elevator and noisy. Also. we heard noise form adjoining rooms including a man peeing in the toilet. The food and service were good in the restaurant, although the diner menu was very limited.”
