There was a little confusion about billing for an upgrade but Crystal was very friendly and professional; she helped to resolve the problem as quickly as she could with Mike (the manager, who is also friendly and cares about your satisfaction). “Very nice Super 8 on a busy road but traffic decreases after 7 pm. Ample parking spaces. 24 hour coffee/tea/orange juice was nice. I want to especially thank the owner/manager for personally giving me a wake-up call at 5am after he was unable to get the automated system to do it.”
