The hotel is centrally located, the staff were polite. A few gripes - the building is ancient and my room was very dark. I really prefer sunlight in the room. Also they made a mess of the breakfast. First I had to tell them during check in that breakfast was included, then they gave 1 coupon to present at the restaurant. And then I had to go back the next day to ask for more coupons. Why Hilton must you do this mess of a process for breakfast? Learn from Hyatt please.
