"We have stayed at the plaza well over 10 times and have always enjoyed our stay. On our last trip the bar was open but the service was not good and that’s our only complaint."
"I am submitting this complaint because the condition of my hotel room was unacceptable. Upon entering the room, I found multiple roaches, visible mold, and dirty conditions throughout the room. The bathroom and other surfaces appeared unclean, and the overall condition raised serious concerns about health and sanitation."
