"Accommodations were above average however, the staff were horrible. Rude, entitled, and unwelcoming. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Plenty of other nice hotels in the area in which to spend my hard earned money. Hotel.com also overcharged me by $91 over what my booking receipt shows and they refused to refund the difference. I will contact my credit card company to dispute and will use a different travel site for my future reservations. Wont use your app again as I expect to pay what I have booked. "

"Fantastic stay. Location is in the heart of old town. Bar staff were on point and made a great Old Fashioned. Hotel staff were welcoming and gave excellent service and dining recommendations that we tried. We will come back again and again. "
