"Free breakfast was good. Upon checking in the parking area is very small and compact, our truck was hard to park. We walked into our room and had the end of the bed at our feet. Room was very very small. This is not a resort, its a hotel. The front door is to the outside. Made sure to double lock the door. We instantly asked to pay extra for a better room, they said they didn't have any. We asked for our money back, that this room is not what we expected. They denied the reimbursement.
There was a refrigerator in the room, but it was barely cool. The tiles in the bathroom were loose and there was missing grout. Ants were going in and out and the cracks.
This room and the customer service disappointed us considerably! We checked out of our room and went to the Inn and Spa at Loretto and are hoping that the extra money we paid for insurance will reimburse us, but that is a hope"
