"The staff were super friendly and helpful. They really tried to help out with everything. We're also very pleased with the room and the bed. Comfortable and nice standard, even though the TV was the smallest monitor I've ever seen. We weren't there to watch TV anyway, so we didn't care. Last plus is the breakfast. Normally continental breakfasts can be sugar and coffee only. But they had a small, but great selection of cheese, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs and bread. "

"Hotel itself was great. Easy access to the Metro. Just on the edge of Milan’s Chinatown. Only downside was the heat in the room ( too high) and because it’s on a main road/tram route you couldn’t have the window open at night. Even with the window closed it was loud road noise. Staff were very nice. "

The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. "I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment adjacent to the inn. I had a fabulous time but wished the restaurant was open for dinner although the front desk helped order me a pizza that was delivered. I will definitely return as it’s a lovely place to stay and spa. "
