"TL,DR: If you want cheap, you'll get it. It's two hotels operating in the same building but using only the door on the Radisson side and (mostly?) only the desk on the Radisson side. You have to walk across to the other side if you are staying in Surface and the signage is just one small one outside the door you can't use and one at the start of the ground floor hallway for that side of the building. My room was fine and maybe cleaner than I expected after seeing the rest but half the lights...

"Front desk wouldn’t let us check in - I stayed outside with our baby and gave my husband my ID since I’d booked the room. I had to stop feeding my child to go in because….idk they thought he’d stolen a strangers ID and found out I had booked a hotel that night and he was trying to steal that as well? It was major overkill. As in most Hamptons, the pillows are tiny and terrible, but the indoor pool at this location is amazing and its always very clean. Overall positive more than the minor gripes. We always come back for the pool and location."

"The entire place smelled like Snoop Dog, Willie Nelson, and their friends were walking the halls! If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought they had a Weed Factory inside this place. There was only about an 1/8 of a roll of Toilet paper in the room for four people to use! We had to resort to using Kleenex to clean ourselves. Not sure what was going on in the room next door, but it sounded like a human sacrifice might have been going on when we first walked in. I assume they finished it or the person ran out of breath, because it eventually stopped. When we went to check out, there was no one at the counter. Myself and five other families stood there waiting for about ten minutes. Finally a guy showed up, who looked like he just left Willie and Snoops room. All he asked, was do you want a receipt. No thank you, how was your stay, or would you like a hit! Nothing. I will stay somewhere else on my next trip to OKC."

"Carpets in room had multiple large stains, couch had numerous stains on cushions and arms, closet door was broken, toilet didn't flush without having to hold the handle down, pool was under renovation, and ice makers were out of order all over. Overall for a Junior Suite costing almost $300 a night, it was awful!"

"Breakfast was slightly less than typical hot and cold buffet with no hot eggs. They also have a strange shaped waffle iron that doesn't get components in the middle. Several people had problems with their keycards loosing the programming and the elevator sounds like it's on it's last ride. That said, we got a good deal in a convenient location, the staff was great, and it was spotless. I'd definitely stay again."
