Two well trained, helpful receptionists with good English ability. Room was very spacious. Not opulent, but it had everything that a traveler needs and a bit more ! Restaurant food was good, but I have had much better, in a better atmosphere, just around the corner. Ukraine is full of good quality and affordable restaurants.

Meine Empfehlung bekommt das Haus nicht.

In die Jahre gekommenes Haus. Die zentrale Lage des Hauses ist ein wesentlicher Vorteil. Am Rande der Kernstadt gelegen ist das Hotel auch mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Der von uns gebuchte Superior Double Room war ausreichend groß. Unterbringung für Kleidung ist es nicht. Fenster lies sich nur einen Spalt öffnen, das Bad war sehr klein. Das beworbene WLAN ist gerade noch ausreichend. Das Restaurant haben wir zum Frühstück genutzt. Die Auswahl ist auf 4 Menüs begrenzt, Sonderwünsche (z.B. 2 Tasse Kaffee oder Kaffeespezialität) kostet extra. Freundlichkeit und Qualifikation der Mitarbeitenden sehr durchwachsen.
