"Pretty clean, nice walk to town centre and transit. Parking a bit tight by North American standards. Lift available. Beds comfy and the owners/property managers as well as the cleaner were all wonderful. "

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "I've stayed in a few airport hotels at Heathrow, and this one was definitely the cleanest and most comfortable. The staff was quite friendly too. The thing that I really appreciate about this Hyatt was that it had a bathtub/shower combination rather than just a shower. I really needed the relaxation of a bath on this trip, but more importantly, it kept the floor from getting soaked, which is a huge problem I've had with other airport hotels. This one definitely met my needs, and I would stay here again."

"We stayed at Ibis styles for 3 nights. The hotel is clean. Staff is courteous. The breakfast is superb. The restaurant meals were very tasty. We had a problem with the AC not staying on and were given another room without hesitation since we had two more nights. Very close proximity to Terminal 2 with easy access to very inexpensive airport bus."
