"Excellent property . Walking distance to the metro station so well connected for tourists. Neat and clean rooms . Only problem is that room size was very very small but I think that’s with all European hotels . Very nice staff."

"Waiting for 15 min at the table to order I see that no waiter is coming so I decide to walk to the waiter to let her know that I am ready to order. Her answer was sorry Sir the chef closed the kitchen so you can not order anymore. And this was actually before closing time for dinner. That got for the Mcsonald next door otherwise there is nothing else in the direct area to get something to eat."

"The room was small (as expected) but so cozy! We found ourselves struggling getting over the jet lag because we wanted to stay holed in our room. The AC one night had an error over night and wasn’t cooling but went away in the morning, after researching seems the error was “an obstruction was blocking the outer fan” so a bird maybe made a home in the wrong spot overnight. The Cafe food was very delicious and had great egg options for breakfast, didn’t try the dinner though but going off what we had in the morning I’m sure it’s just as delicious. I would recommend this stay to friends in the future and the community around poppies is a great place to explore and has many other great food options!"

"For the wheelchair accessible room the king room was rather small for 2 persons with luggage and the toilet seat could do with a stopper at the back. The twin room was bigger and better. Both bathrooms could do with a mirror at wheelchair height"

"We booked NH city centre on a whim based on its location. We were delightfully surprised at what a wonderful stay we had and in fact , extended our stay there because they were so helpful. So welcoming, clean rooms and common areas. And extra treats like free Brita water, and sour candies. We took advantage of both and enjoyed that little extra thoughtfulness. We especially want to commend Elena. She observed us coming in, engaged us in conversation, gave us great recommendations. We looks for her each day and really appreciated how well she took care of us, throughout our stay. We would highly recommmend NH CITY CENTRE for a perfect location and a very comfortable, welcoming stay! Also the woman who greeted the breakfast crowd- I did not catch her name. She was delightful!! So warm, remembered people, accommodating and helpful in assisting guests with the breakfast area."
