The hotel was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice big tv. We only had two complaints. One, we stayed in a handicapped accessible room, which was very helpful. Hotel ZaZa Dallas
Check-in wasn’t great, the guy wasn’t super friendly and definitely not knowledgeable of the area. The rooms and hotel was clean and nice so no issues there. Valet was CRAZY expensive and they charged for internet plus and extra $45-$50 in “service” fees on checkout.
