I feel completely scammed! The hotel did not have nor offer any of the amenities as advertised on Expedia. First, they were not anywhere near the beach. It was a solid 20 minute walk along a fast moving road to access a different hotels beach! Second, there was no WiFi anywhere on the property. Third, there was no restaurant nor any cooked to order breakfast. Fourth, there was no laundry facilities. Fifth, there was no convenience or store. Fifth, pool/billards, etc. non existent. The room looked nothing like the pictures portrayed on Expedia! There were two exterior doors, both with 1-2 inch gaps between the door and floor with cockroaches just walking in. We shoved towels and sheets under so we could have the lights on. We will not return-
The only bright shining star was their amazingly kind and sweet staff. They really tried hard with what they had. They were invaluable —
