The Saihokukan Hotel was bright, spacious and comfortable. It was close to two train stations and many great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here!

客室は古いですが、レストランから見える日本庭園やテラスからの緑が気持ち良いです。朝食はビュッフェスタイルでなく、人の行き来がなく、ゆったりできます。ワンドリンクサービスにはりんごジュースなどソフトドリンクの他、ワインも選べます。

Lovely hotel with excellent service

Lovely hotel. We stayed here for a family wedding in Nagano and was very easy to navigate from. Breakfast here was superb! Only one slight niggle was the air conditioning had been switched off as it was October but it was too hot in the room!

南館6階フロアでしたが、廊下からタバコの匂いがして、禁煙ルームにも関わらず部屋の中もタバコの匂いが酷かった。同じフロアに宿泊した友人2名もそれぞれ同じことを言っていたので、過去は喫煙フロアだったのでしょう。気持ち悪くて眠れなかった。そのうえ設備が古くエアコンは3段階しか変えられないため暑かった。暑いし臭いしで、返金してもらいたいくらいです。

寒山拾得

長野市に滞在は必ず利用させていただきます。 設備サービスは悪くありませんが、一流ではありません。ですが、ホテル内中華料理店寒山拾得が絶品です。朝食の和食も絶品です。残念ながら現在寒山拾得は営業していません。寒山に立ち寄るのが長野に来る楽しみでもありました。ぜひ再開を望みます

フロントの方はとても親切で、ホテルの周辺も静かで治安の良いところです。 善光寺まで徒歩圏内ですし、駐車場が無料なのが良いです。 お部屋は少し設備が古いのが気になりました。
