“KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort.”

I do not trust this platform anymore, cos it feels like any timbuk property of any quality can list themselves on Expedia for money. Am appalled to say the least. The least comfortable stay ever, you are paying premium prices for a motel like stay.”

“Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. ”

“There was a technical glitch. While my booking went through the hotel was sold out. However the owner was very kind enough to organise accomodation in another nearby hotel. He even let me get refreshed and use the room for a couple of hours before we could get our room from the other hotel. Very kind and courteous staff. Definitely consider staying here. Has parking facility as well.”

“We had a joyful 4-day stay at Mantra Koodam and it was the highlight of our trip. If you are traveling as a group, I highly recommend the Pannaiyar Illam.
