The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

駅からも近く部屋も広くとてもきれいでした。 路面電車までは少し距離はありますが歩いてはいけなくない距離で、電車、バスは本当にすぐ近くにあるのでどこへ行くのも便利でした。

清掃は綺麗にされていますが、アンティークな所を売りにしているので、設備が古いです。 水廻りが、気になりました。 部屋に空気洗浄機があるのが凄く良い。布団、タオルも無臭で清潔。タオルとお布団の気持ちよさは今まで泊まったどのホテルよりもgood！アメニティも良いものを置いている。 ヨーロッパ調で雰囲気がよく、長崎らしいお宿。ゆったりした旅にはぜひチョイスしたいお宿です。 だだ、市街地から離れています。ので、時間に余裕のない旅の時には適さないかも…。

酒店英式古典裝潢，有點貴族味道，樓梯間的油畫老實說有點恐怖。房內的裝潢也舊英式的，但保養得很好。房間很大，開行李很方便。早餐實在一流！非常精緻美味！

나가사키중앙역과 7~8km 떨어져있는 것만 주의한다면 뭐

나가사키에서 저렴하고 가성비 좋은 숙박시설을 찾는다면 이 곳 괜찮음. 단 렌트카 여행자에게만 추천. 역과도 거리가 있고 나가사키 중앙역과 근교여행스팟과는 거리가 애매하게 떨어져있어서 불편함. 렌트카이용자는 괜찮다고 생각함 청결하고 직원들 친절하고 더블침대 2인룸 금연룸 사용했고 가격대는 비지니스호텔값이지만 룸이 좀 더 넓고 안락했음 호텔 내부 분위기는 영국 ? 느낌 남. 새로웠음. 주차무료 야외주차 간단하고 좋음

乾淨 舒適 空間大 CP值極高的飯店

空間非常大 雙床房的兩個單人床已經有130~140cm 還附上軟硬兩種枕頭 旁邊還有一套小桌椅 隨附的個人用品品質非常好 雖然離市區有段距離 但附近餐廳不少 停車場空間足夠 對於自駕來說是個CP值極高的好飯店

ネットでは禁煙と喫煙を選択でき、禁煙ツインにしましたが、部屋がタバコ臭がある事を伝えると全館禁煙なので。と言われ 仕方なく納得してました。がすぐ折り返しの電話が部屋に有り変更してもらえました。しかもグレードアップで。娘の卒業式での泊まりだった為、衣類にタバコ臭がつかなくてほんとよかったです。

古さは隠せないが…

きっと出来た当初は素敵なホテルだったんだろうな〜…と思うような、外装・内装ともに凝った作りのホテル。 ホテル内で働かれている方は皆、好印象でした。 アメニティーグッズは盛り沢山で有り難かったし、タオルも今治タオルで気持ち良く使わせて頂きました。 ただ、地下の駐車場に向かう道が急斜面。 ただでさえ狭い駐車場用通路に、この日は団体客が多かったのか片側にズラリと車が停められていて私の運転じゃ無くて良かったと思いました。 長崎特有の地形なので仕方ないとはいえ、駐車場から出て行く時も、ビックリする程、狭く雑な道を通らねばならず。 旅先で車を擦ったりしたらテンション下がりまくるので、皆さんお気をつけて。

歐洲風格，可以一試！

第一次在長崎住宿，這個酒店有老歐陸設計特色，只是設備比較舊一點，但是住房尺寸也可以，自駕遊的話，到長崎各處景點也不遠，免費泊車。
