The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, however, were quite small. The hotel is conveniently located near the fish market, but it’s a bit far from the train stations. Breakfast was very basic, with only small buns, boxed juice, and coffee.

We came during the Asia games and for 3 people, the room was extremely tight. It had only room for one person to walk from the entrance to the bed. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable.

The suite was well maintained and super clean but it was so tiny that there was barely any room to get around the beds. There’s room under the beds to put your suitcases but beware if you have a large suitcase as it might not fit! Overall it was okay but annoying as you feel like you’re on top of your partner.

Really liked our 2 night stay here. Lovely, helpful staff. Light complementary breakfast was a great start to our day. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great location being walking distance to train station and shopping outlets. Would definitely recommend.

Typical room for the price. Room size was small but only stayed one night. Beds were comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Able to drop off bags before check-in which is always helpful

Great hotel close to public transit, underground mall, and places to eat. Room was comfy, the breakfast was nice, and it was overall very pleasant. I would stay here again in Nagoya and would recommend it to anyone who needs to be near Nagoya Station.

Overall I had a good stay at Compass and would book again when in Nagoya. The breakfast was small and simple but had enough basic options. Room was small but well appointed. Property is very handy to Nagoya Station and close to many good dining options. This hotel is also very affordable which is a bonus.

The rooms are tiny. TINY. Breakfast is basically non-existent- some small croissants and tiny yogurts. Pillows were rock hard. However, the location is great for being nearby the train station, which we needed to get to Suzuka for the F1 race. Staff is nice enough. Items not regularly used were dusty in the room, and the fridge is nice to have but they need to elevate it to free up vital floor space. It was sufficient but nothing above average.

Nice, easy stay.

the hotel is in a busy area, but the room was very quiet, and hotel is close to the main train/bus station. staff is friendly, and the free breakfast was basic, but good. laundry facility only has two washer dryers, so a lot of people were jockeying for position to use them! be prepared to wait if doing laundry!
