地下鉄の駅をあがって地上に出たら目の前に入口が有り便利でした。翌日は雨で傘の持ち合わせがありませんでしたが駅入口が近くて大丈夫でした。また、泊まった時にはちょうどリニューアル工事中でしたが、完成したあとが期待できます。

エリアで一番価格が安かったので予約したが施設は県最低レベル。古いのは仕方が無いが、クーラーは雑音が混じりうるさく寝苦しかった。トイレも汚れておりホテルとは言い難いレベルでした。

昭和レトロを推してるならバッチリ！だけど、アップグレードしてないなら💦 シャワーヘッドがまっすぐ向かないので、シャワー浴びづらい。石鹸等が不足していたので、残念でした。 フロントの方の対応はバッチリでした。

建物と設備はすごく古いですが、リネンやシャワーカーテンはなどは新しく保たれており、きれいです。前の通りが生ゴミ臭く、フロントが洗剤臭かったので心配しましたが、お部屋は快適でした。何より駅の2番出口すぐです。コンビニも近くに3つあります。文句なしです。

部屋の鍵が昔ながらのアクリルキーホルダーでとても懐かしく感じました。（レトロ感があってよかったです） 評価を一つ下げたのは歯ブラシ（ブラシに歯磨き粉がついてるタイプ）のものが一つだけだったので。 同商品なら二つ、もしくは別途歯磨き粉がほしかった。（ちなみに一泊の利用です） あと洗体用のナイロンタオルもあればよかったのですが､､､。 安価での利用でしたので致し方ないのかもしれませんが､､､。 総合的には問題なく快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

名古屋市街地で、この宿泊料金で、駐車場まであるので良いと思います。室内のコンセントの位置と数がちょっと不便だなと感じたのと、周辺に1人で入れる飲食店が少なかった印象があります？
