“Originally, booked for two nights as a way to explore Hungarian thermal spa area. After first day's experience we extended our stay to six days. Quite nicely appointed structures and decore, lobby, facilities and rooms with the attention to details. Helpful staff always ready to assist. Half board package is adequate, breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty. Few times we grabbed a lunch at the pool bistro. Prices for drinks/wines are higher, but in line with the fivestar designation, I...

“Electric kettle in the room would be great”

“Lost in Translation! Won't stay here again. A/C did not work Towel warmer did not heat up Safe could not be closed Dinner and breakfast were outstanding though. Parking was a nightmare - after unloading bags we waited in the lobby for someone to show us where to park. A man came and directed several guests to our cars. He got in the front car seat next to my husband who was the driver. He assigned a random woman from the group to get in our back seat - why? We still don't know. When I...

“The hotel staff was very friendly. It was clean and comfortable. It is next Heviz hot springs so very convenient. ”

“Great apartments ”

“Staff very friendly. Only four guests so restaurant shut just as we arrived, and breakfast was reduced, which is totally understandable with only 4 guests, but were asked if anything else we would like. Will stsy sgain. ”

“This property is a stand out… in Heviz you can pay a lot more and get a lot less. The property is newly built to a high standard. Quality details everywhere - room amenities, sparkling bubbles on check-in, robes for the thermal pool, all smack of a hotel professional setting this place up.”
