The bed was nice and firm but the pillows were too firm. I think it would be nice to have an option available to guests for a firm or soft pillow. I did not have the time to check out the amenities, but I think they are nice touches. I think it would be beneficial to have a common microwave on each floor (if you do not already do this) that way the food odors do not settle in the elevator.

Terrific stay at this really easy and great hotel. The staff were super. The location was great, really close to the bus station and monorail station. I would definitely stay here again.

Bad customer experience

Very bad experience at this hotel . I thought it was new and spacious hotel in Naha port which would have a nice journey. But the hotel room was very smelly. The hotel staff were not nice at all , unwilling to help. Overall a poor stay

The staff is so cold,you feel like your not welcome! We stay there for 4night I ask to clean our room but they didn’t my god unforgivable. Too many young people hanging in the small pool that you can’t enter and there is a payment on using it❗️
