"I can not recommend this hotel enough. Great location but enough removed from main strip that its quiet. 7 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to night markets and shopping centres. Staff were also amazing. I fell ill and they were great and assisted and catered to my requirements. "

"We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"

"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time). Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places. "Had an amazing stay at this resort. The rooms were really spacious and so comfortable to sleep in. The pools were never full so it was super easy to get a sun lounger and the free towels to use were so handy. The staff at the pool bars were so helpful especially at the Pomelo pool which was also over 12s only therefore relaxed and quiet. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the shuttle bus service around the resort was a great service. I would definitely recommend a stay at this resort if you are heading to the Karon beach area."

"This is our sixth stay at katathani over 10 years. We have seen the resort change and improve over the years but the basic characteristics are the same: a very large resort along a beach which is almost predominantly used by hotel guests with a number of small restaurants and shops on the outside of the resort and 5 or six within the resort. We came originally as a couple and now we have three children and it is still brilliant. "
