Love the place and the food we had every day. The position of the resort is fantastic, not too far from the Karon main streets where you find lots of nice restaurants , shops and a beautiful Temple!

This resort is stunning. We stayed here for 10 nights, and can genuinely say this was our best hotel expereince. It is a family friendly resort, with lots of activities to keep everyone happy. 5 pools, which are all kepy very clean, and well attended by staff. The beach is just across the road, a word of caution, wait for the security guard to flag down the traffic before crossing. Breakfast was included for our stay, and we felt it was very good, lots of choice, plenty of coffee, and the wonderful staff, who greet you with a smile. As you can hopefully tell we were very impressive with this resort, and the staff who helped make it our home from home for those 10 wonderful nights in Phuket.

Excellent two week stay. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Rooms are airy and spacious, cleaning service was meticulous. The vast resort grounds offer lots of activities and are peaceful and quiet. Many options for dining and sunbathing. Beach is just few steps from the resort. Dated property, very international (not overly Thai). Dirty, dangerous beach. It felt like a bit of a tourist trap.

The staff are super and go out of their way to help. They are incredibly diligent, easy to deal with, and always friendly and happy. The room was very clean and cleaned regularly throughout the day. It was also very quiet. The beach is straight across the road, and it’s an easy walk to both the Karon and Kata Beach shops and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay.

There was some neglect in parts of the property which detracts from the other positive elements of the property. There was also miscommunication with the booking through Expedia and a misalignment of expectations.
