Staff were very friendly and offer a ride services going to and from Kawaguchiko Station which was very helpful. It was also a short walk to Kawaguchiko Lake, My Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, and various convenience stores and restaurants. We were also served a large Japanese breakfast in the morning. I was traveling with someone with severe food allergies so was presently surprised by how thoughtful and accommodating staff was about alterations to the meal."
