โI stayed there from June 4th to 12th. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and politeness of the staff. The price was reasonable and very centrally located. The amenities were in great working condition and never did have any problems. Will return again if I need a hotel and will recommend it.โ
โStaff are very good. I ask for extra time to checkout and they give me extra time to checkout just for 800 rupees. thank you. Shopping center 10 min walk. โ
โIf you are going for Kolkata US consulate, this is the only hotel good which is 5 mins away from the consulate.and this is the only best hotel there..โ
โService is so bad I told you before no water bathroom so dirty the bathroom floor, checking time waiting for one and half hours from front building has construction bad service, so many time I talk to GM he doesnโt care. You should blacklist this Hotel.โ
