"Pros:
The hotel was conveniently located for my purposes. Good nearby restaurants, ferry, airport, and a short walk to Kokusai Dori. Decent breakfast although expensive compared to nearby options. Efficient check out.
Cons: Staff is not proficient in English. I had to make my own dinner reservations and figure out several things on my own. No bell service. The pool, although appealing, has so many restrictions it took me 5 minutes just to read them all. Pool Bar staff were very stale and unengaging. No early check in or upgrade even though I have Platinum status. A generic stay although the location made up for shortcomings . I found charging guests for night use of the pool preposterous. I requested a wake up call and they said they don’t provide that simple service. Overall an average stay."
