Our host Jacqueline was an absolute diamond, and what we both lacked in fluency in the native tongue of the other, was suitably accommodated via translation tools.
La Mansarde is truly beautiful, very comfortable, within walking distance of fine restaurants and with the most brilliant host.

I did not like the booking experience with Expedia however - the photo linked with the room I booked was not correct and over-inflated expectation. When the hotel realised they changed the picture and offered us a free upgradeโ
โGlad we chose here vs another local option, a great room overlooking the main square. Also glad we planned not to take in much luggage due to stairs that I find challenging, as these were more challenging than most. Our host helped with our luggage which was appreciated. Liked the town too.โ
