“It’s our third stay over the span of 4 years. Excellent motel, great staff and service, clean room. Quiet location right by the water, very conveniently situated from the transportation standpoint, close to Downtown Nanaimo, and many restaurants and stores are within 10-15 min drive.”
“The only issue we had was we were rushed at check out, housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:45 saying records indicated we had already checked out. As we were walking out the door the phone started ringing. This was a Monday morning, we’re sure it wasn’t that busy that the room needed to be straightened promptly at 11:00. ”
