"OMG. Please don't stay here. The place was beat up, the area very sketchy and the room was nasty. Our neighbors started screaming at about 11 pm and didn't let up for 2 hours. Then they continued to talk until we got up to leave the facilities. Our neighbors seem to be permanent residents there and had a bunch of bicycles and other stuff outside of their door. The whole place felt run down and dirty. This hotel should be rated a zero but I didn't have that luxury in the rating so I had to give it 1 star for each category!"

"We have stayed in this motel many times. These rooms have always been clean. The staff are committed to seeing their clients are taken care of. A couple of small missing items usually found in the room on arrival, were not there and the staff were most accommodating in providing them, when asked. Several of our past visits included pets however this time they were not with us, however the motel is pet friendly. The breakfast was good with the usual continental format. As we normally traveled with pets, we had rooms on the main floor, however the ground level rooms also had a wonderful view of the lake. We will stay there again."

"I am not usually someone to write a review but……. As I was checking in there was another reservation that could not be honoured due to the guests not having any of the proper credentials to check in. The front desk staff was beyond professional even though they were dealing with extremely upset ppl. They maintained empathy and professionalism 100% and I feel they need this review as I assume there will be something negative coming their way! I do feel bad for the guests that left angry but they were trying to use a credit card that belonged to their mother who wasn’t with them. I appreciate times are tough but accepting cards without the physical person is reasonable. I’m sorry I saw them get turned away and I hope they found somewhere to stay that night! They are upgrading in the lobby and it’s well maintained for an older property. They have great hrs for the pool and a great hidden garden smoking area. It was quiet, clean and the staff were straight up excellent even the housekeeping staff coming into work in the morning were friendly and welcoming!"

"We reached there and we like property and rooms when we saw that but when hotel is aware of how many people are coming and when they are charging for each and everyone, they should provide service too. We had 2 rooms booked for 8 people and there were only 2 towels in room, that is something for personal hygiene and no one would like to share. Also we tried to go and get from check in office but they were closed without any posted number or hours of operation. Even at 7:30 in morning when we were trying to check out they were not open. Wouldn’t recommend again"
