For me just heaven, my 7th time Oceania hotels.Nantes Perfect position for the airport, a navette also available at certain hours. Lovely spacious bedroom, and shower room. Great bar with open fire in winter and luxuriously furnished with leather sofas and easy chairs plus tv if wanted. Lovely country style gardens plus gorgeous terrace adjoining.

The Hotel was very convenient to the airport and only a 7 minute walk. There was also a shuttle to and from the airport. It was also very quiet.

It's too bad there is no restaurant available on the weekends.... But how much is one to expect of an airport hotel... it's usually just for people between flights...The rooms are clean and the personnel were courteous...

Great staff

Walked from the airport with bags on a trolley. As they don't have trolleys at the hotel the person on reception kindly stored my trolley so i could use it to get back to the airport the following day. Only negative is there is no night restaurant on site and you have to go to the hotel next door, not a deal breaker as its only about 50m away

Really poor booking in, miss leading information. Unhelpful reception staff. Not clean smells of smoking. little attention to detail. insect bites as a result of staying there. No hot meals available of night. Bar closed no times displayed. pictures show the sister hotel next door which is seems to be higher spec.

Great place, kind people servicing. But not cleat where the one hotel is and the second one is. The service desk woman said it happens all the time (one is "hotel" the other "reserve". The hotel has a menu of 2 pizza, a quiche a croque monsieur. 3 out of 4 have meat/ porc. And they cost 14€ for a simple pizza. The poor barman was alone as 10s of people were queuing and waiting to order/ pay. Couldn't the meal on my room or bring it back to our room. Really too bad. The swimmingpool was great, the staff kind and the rooms roomy and clean. Tv's did not have Internet though, so no access to netflix eventhough they had a button for it.

I wish I had a better check-in experience. When I made my booking, I left a note requesting a high floor with a nice view since it was my birthday yesterday. At the very least, I was hoping for a view that wasn’t blocked. At check-in, I mentioned my preference again, but the receptionist assigned me a ground-floor room. When I went back to kindly ask about a higher floor, she responded dismissively with, “What? What do you want? We only have two floors,” and sent me away without trying to help. It felt unprofessional and disappointing. If she had at least checked and explained that no rooms were available, I would have completely understood. But instead, it came across as rude and dismissive. If being asked questions by guests feels bothersome, maybe this isn’t the right role for her. For me, it’s about customer service. I would accept that kind of treatment if I were staying for free, but not when I paid for the hotel. The room itself was clean and the location convenient, but I wish I had received the friendly service that so many other guests have mentioned in their reviews. Hotel doesn't serve dinner but doesn't bother me much. You can walk to other places to eat around there.
