"Experience.... le generic! Pay for what u get. Place was overall clean & acceptable. Yes, I would stay again. I didn't feel welcomed. Having the right staff that takes owership of their position can make or break a company."

Great staff
"Walked from the airport with bags on a trolley. As they don't have trolleys at the hotel the person on reception kindly stored my trolley so i could use it to get back to the airport the following day. Only negative is there is no night restaurant on site and you have to go to the hotel next door, ..."

"Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel).
