“Very disappointing experience. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and has a terrible cigarette smell throughout. The room felt dirty and uncomfortable, and the smell was unbearable. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. I am still waiting for a full refund, as the conditions were completely unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it.”
