I finally had to text them late in the afternoon to have someone clean the room. We couldn't find the hotel shuttle when we came in on the ferry, as they assured me they would be a van waiting. Breakfast was not put until 8am which is late if you want to get an early start. Brewed coffee wasn’t available until 8 am either. Earlier than that time, there were only k-cups. The deck is only staffed until 8 pm...
