The hotel is very cute. The room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom nicely appointed. The staff are friendly and willing to do what they can to make your stay pleasant. The food was very good and the restaurant service fully attentive. I would love to go during the summer when all the hotels facilities are fully operational, from swimming pool to hot tubs. I bet it is even more pleasant then. No complaints, our stay was very comfortable.

The hotel was nice, very clean. Our room was also very nice and clean. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and we seemed to annoy her even by checking in. The wait staff were pleasant. We were extremely disappointed the the hot tubs were not open. The main photo in their advertising is the hotels on the roof. We were told they are only open in summer. We couldn’t even access the roof where they were located to look at the view. The price was cheap and the room was very nice. It is well off the beaten path. Because of the location and staff, probably wouldn’t recommend it.

This is a beautiful property! Great pool and lots of outside sitting areas with great views. The staff try very hard to make your stay great. The free breakfast has a decent selection. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is very good. The drinks at the bar are reasonably priced. The area is very run down, as is most of this part of Italy. We walked a lot up and down the streets and never once felt unsafe. Public transportation is only hourly and a 15 minute walk from the hotel so I would only stay here if you are driving.

Oltre la bellezza della struttura,la pulizia e i comfort,c'è il personale davvero disponibile. La struttura dispone di una modesta piscina,di 3 vasche idromassaggio e 3 solarium. Un grande bar con vista sulla piscina. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella junior suite con idromassaggio e la camera ci ha lasciati senza parole sia per la pulizia che per la grandezza e i comfort. Ci ritorneremo

Excellent Hotel - Outside of Napels
The hotel was in a beautiful setting just under Mount Vesuvius with wonderful views over the coast. The rooms were very clean and well presented and ours had a hot tub in which was brilliant! The facilities were also all kept very clean and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was very enjoyable! A very memorable first wedding anniversary! Thank you very much!

Lovely little hotel, would recommend!
Beautiful hotel, really clean and comfortable. We stayed for the night after visiting Herculaneum. The staff were friendly and dinner was great. We only had time for a quick dip in the pool at the end of our day but could have easily spent the day by the pool.

Great small hotel, but don't go by GPS directions or you end up some place else :) Stay on the main road until you see it on the left, a few more turns up the hill!

La piscine ferme trop tôt (à 18h30). Très bon restaurant mais fréquentation très faible donc peu d’ambiance. Personnel extra à tous les niveaux. Bons conseils de la Direction pour les excursions. Hotel bien placé pour rayonner dans la région et très calme. Parking très pratique. Une bonne adresse et bon rapport qualité prix.

Andris Hotel is lovely. The staff couldn't be more helpful, a quiet oasis. You do need a car or taxi for the location as nowhere to walk to in the evening. The surrounding area is a bit scruffy but the hotel itself is lovely.

Vi valde hotellet pga att det hade pool men poolen var avstängd för rengöring eller dylikt. Frukosten startade inte förrän kl 07.30 och vi skulle till flygplatsen för hemfärd, så vi blev utan. De flesta andra hotell vi bott på har frukost från kl 07.00.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. There were great views of Naples Bay and Mt Vesuvius. The hotel is ideal to visit Herculaneum. Unfortunately, there were many issues which will prevent us from returning. The family room's had a view of the volcano, not the bay which was disappointing. There was no kettle or tea and coffee facilities provided when we arrived in the room. There were only two glasses provided for a room of four. The shower was leaking. The safe had no key and when it was provided it didn't work until hours later. The included breakfast was very disappointing and not at all like what was described in the pictures. As well as the breakfast buffet there was a breakfast menu which had 6 items included in the room price, two of which were unavailable. Some of the items in the breakfast buffet were overcooked or borderline stale. The hotel is located up the side of the volcano and there isn't any reliable public transport. The local area is dead and run down. There are a few cafe's and small restaurants right at the bottom but they were not quality establishments. There was no useful information provided by the hotel such as bus services, local pharmacy's, recommended restaurants. On our day of arrival, the hotel restaurant choice was a choice of two set three-course meals, with both starter and main course being seafood. The hotel restaurant was a joke really. There was no food room service.

Tourist Experience
Long weekend to see the sights in particular the Herculaneum and Pompeii sights as well as visit the Crate of Vesuvius. Hotel very well located for all three attractions with easy access up the Mountain and back into town. Would recommend a hire car for anyone visiting as transport not the best for access and times.

Beleefd personeel, soms wat stug. Overal hangt een heerlijke geur in het hotel, erg schoon, en hier wordt veel aandacht aan besteed. heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. eenmaal in de avond daar gegeten, wat erg prijzig was en niet geheel onze smaak. Zwembad is prettig, badmuts is wel verplicht ! is daar tegen een zeer laag prijsje te kopen via de poolboy Er zijn veel bruiloften, wat soms voor veel geluidsoverlast zorgt in de nacht. een prima hotel voor een kort verblijf. bezit van eigen vervoer is wel een must, is anders moeilijk te bereiken. het verkeer is echt heel erg chaotisch in deze streek, en zwemmen in zee is in Ercolano niet mogelijk. Het plekje Ercolano is druk, onoverzichtelijk en weinig parkeermogelijkheden. in Napels zelf rijden werd ons sterk afgeraden, hebben hiervoor een taxi genomen, wat betaalbaar was en waar we achteraf ook erg blij om waren: verkeer in Napels is een 'ervaring', maar begin er zelf niet aan, geen enkele auto daar gezien zonder deuken en krassen...….

Hotellinravintola oli ala carte ravintola. Listalla oli vain kolme eri vaihtoehtoa jokaisessa: alkuruoat, pääruot... Hinta oli myös sen mukainen. Pitkä matka hakea esim. Pizza keskustasta. Alas kävelin, mutta ylös taksilla. Uima-altaalle pääsee, jos maksaa 15€/pv./hlö. Huone oli siisti ja näköala upea, mutta edullisemmin pääsee alhaalta Ercolanon rautatieasemalta Vesuvioksen huipulle, kuin hotellilta. Hotellilta aina taksi, jos jonnekin.

Ormai è diventato il mio hotel preferito...personale cordiale e sempre disponibilissimo. Massima pulizia degli ambienti, sia le camere che le parti comuni. Panorama eccezionale, tranquillità unica. A colazione c’è di tutto, torte di ogni genere, brioches, spremute, succhi...le uova strapazzate e i pan cake vengono preparati al momento su richiesta. Che dire...Eccellente. .

Esperienza da non ripetere
Nonostante avessimo dove andare a dormire abbiamo deciso di prendere la suite per rilassarci. Prima di prenotare avevamo chiesto se erano ammessi animali ci è stato detto di si (15 euro al giorno), al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto storie perchè gli animali non erano ammessi, parlando con un altro receptionist mi ha detto che gli animali erano ammessi. Avevamo prenotato un pacchetto suite con vasca idromassaggio, spumante e servizio in camera. La vasca idromassaggio era stata riempita troppo quindi non è stata utilizzata, per lo spumante hanno fatto storie (alla fine ci hanno dato una bottiglia di vino spumante), per quanto riguarda il servizio in camera a fine soggiorno volevano farlo pagare come extra. Il personale si salva solo grazie al receptionist notturno ed a Giuseppe, gli altri sono stati scostumati ed incompetenti. Mi è stato detto che per tutti i problemi avrebbero parlato con la proprietà ma in realtà non è stato fatto...loro non possono prendere decisioni ma non vi è un responsabile che possa farlo. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate, si sente addirittura il telefono della hall squillare, telefono a cui abbiamo provato a chiamare per 30 minuti (per il numero del servizio in camera) ma la ragazza che era in servizio non ha mai risposto. Quindi, siamo dovuti uscire dalla camera per chiedere il servizio in camera. Inoltre hanno perso la chiave della camera dove alloggiavamo. In sintesi volevamo rilassarci e ci siamo solo stressati.

Posto alle pendici del. Vesuvio l'hotel e strategicamente ben posizionato per raggiungere gli scavi di Pompei ed Ercolano e visitare il centro storico di Napoli. Ho trovato un ambiente confortevole e rilassante il personale di alto profilo sempre disponibile e gentile.Buona la pulizia generale. Possibilità di cenare al ristorante dell'hotel con prezzi non proprio popolari ma sicuramete le pietanze sono ricercate e di alta cucina.

Site magnifique en arrivant. Parking à disposition très commode. Chanmbre grande, bien décorée. Silencieuse. POINT NEGATIF: le restaurabt. Nous étions seuls donc serveur pas débordé mais montrant peu d'enthousiame. Ce que nous commandions et qui étaient sur la carte, n'étaient pas disponibles. Le serveur doit au moins le mentionner au client avant la commande. Le restaurant nous a déçu.

Very handy for Herculaneum
We recently stayed at the Andris Hotel in Ercolano for two nights with our friends, so that we could visit Herculaneum. We had two back rooms with balconies and on our first night we enjoyed our Gin & Tonics here before heading down to the restaurant for dinner. The sunset on Mt Vesuvius was impressive. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant both nights and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel pool looked very enticing but the water was a bit cool this time of year!! The upper deck provided a great spot to take more photos of the sunset over the Bay of Naples. The hotel manager could not have done more to help us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They called a taxi to take us down to Herculaneum and were the go between to have the taxi pick us up to go back to the hotel when we were ready. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I should imagine the rooms with a view over the Bay would be even better. They had great car parking across the road from the hotel and it was free.

Light in room was missing - giant jacuzzi in the middle of the room never turned on and smelled horribly - pool wasnt heated and extremely cold - English was a little hard to come by - their restaurant was pretty good though.
