The location was very centralized to most attractions and shopping in Napoli, but the customer service was non-existent. We never received instructions for checking in. If the janitor had not bee there to help us, we would have been out on the street. No one ever answered the phone numbers or emails that were listed in the "contact us" link. There was no concierge service as advertised, no front desk coverage at all and the front desk, in fact, was just outside our room. These owners were ABSOLUTELY non-responsive to requests, service, etc. I would NOT recommend Barbarella Suites to anyone who appreciates customer service.

We found it challenging to find. Would have been nice to know how to access the property and the elevator situation. Also, would have been nice to have a chair to sit down in, and some place to put items in the shower. The room attendant didn’t speak any English and was unable to translate in his language. The location was nice though.

Check in is at 3pm. I booked my flight 1st and not my hotel. So I was due to come in at 10am. I thought there would be a place to sit and be comfortable while I wait. The hotel is just rooms, which is fine, I just wasn't aware. Once there, one of the cleaners was rushing to clean up our room which was fine. I'd rather it be spotless than okay and rushed. I noticed there was some red dots on the floor going towards the bathroom. So my mum asked the lovely guy if someone could clean it up. He did it himself. The staff was really nice. He was great very informative and kind. The elevator of the building requires a 10c coin to operate. That was a shock to us. So just make sure you have change to get up there. The guy at the front desk gave us some 10c coins on the way out. Shower is great, so was the mattress. I had a good sleep.

This property should correct their photos, as it is not as presented. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The owner very thoughtful, but getting into the property and up a 2 ft x 3 ft lift to the 9th room was a bit daunting. The entrance is nothing like photed, and finding this place was difficult, as no cars can go down that street and the taxi driver sent us on the wrong direction. Listing does say it's on the 9th floor, but still not what we expected. Overall...good value for the money, nice clean room, no overnight front desk, no safety features if you needed to get out quickly. I would say this property is best for younger more vibrant persons.

Is the first time a needed to pay for the elevator every time go up and down was very inconvenient one day, nobody was around no money for the elevator, and I needed to take the stairs to go down and fin 10 to bring money to my husband to go down.

Jättefint rum, stort och fräscht. Ligger bra centralt nära via toredo men även nära marinan. I området finns matbutik, restaurang och café. Vi blev väl omhändertagna och personal var super trevliga och hjälpsamma. Absolut värt priset!

La posizione della struttura ricettiva è centrale e comoda; accoglienza del receptionist Isac davvero speciale. All'interno della camera nessun mobilio che mi permettesse di appoggiarvi momentaneamente il trolley (sedie, tavolini, mensole, reggivaligia, panca portavaligia), niente di tutto ciò; è presente, però, un rumorosissimo frigo bar. La Signora che risponde al telefono non è certamente accogliente e garbata. Infine, a mio modesto parere, non è pensabile che in una struttura ricettiva si scelga una "politica aziendale" che non consenta agli ospiti di arrivare oltre le 23,00!!! Spesso, ad essere notevolmente in ritardo, sono le compagnie aeree. Struttura che non consiglio. Napoli...tutta la vita.!!!!!

The worst hotel that I ever seen.

The worst hotel that I ever seen. 1. They r close until 15:00 (check in) - if u arrive before: u can’t leave baggage. 2. U need to pay 10 cent every time u use the elevator (to go up/down). 3. No shampoo/soap at shower. 4. No blanket!, only sheet. 5.noisy! U here the ppls from out side, and the guy from the reception- u here everything!!!

Majoitus on kerrostalon 9 kerroksessa. Hissi maksaa 10 senttiä (su ja myöhään maksuton), mutta majoitusliike antaa kolikoita. Check-in alkaa 14.00. Olin paikalla 13.30 ja en päässyt alaovesta sisään joten soitin ja englantia osaamaton siivooja päästi lopulta sisään. Odotin tunnin. Respan henkilökunta taas puhui hyvää englantia ja tilasi taksin kun lento lähti 6.00 aamulla. Mukava henkilökunta, siisti huone parvekkeella. Rauhallisella kadulla. Liikenteen äänet ei kuulu huoneeseen. Tulisin toistekin!

Situación ideal para visitar zona Castel Nuovo.

Al no ser un hotel convencional, sino que está situado en la novena planta de un edificio de viviendas y despachos, nos costó encontrarlo. Luca fue muy amable y educado. Lo único que no nos gustó es que nuestra habitación estaba situada en el recibidor, justo al lado de recepción. Aún así tuvimos suerte y los huéspedes fueron muy respetuosos en las entradas y salidas.
