We lived our stay here the staff were amazing! Mário, Guiseippi and Serena bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and get us everything we needed. After hiking Vesuvius they got us lots of ice for our sore joints. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a lovely tub and bidet. The location is great especially for nice walks by the water in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was huge with a beautiful view. The morning breakfast was a feast of delicious food. Even if you’re not a breakfast person, you will still want the breakfast bar. Here’s a polished Expedia review you can post: I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. As an American who does not speak Italian fluently, I especially appreciated how well the staff spoke English. Communication was effortless, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and seamless, making the arrival experience stress-free. The location is truly elite—close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and everything you need, making it easy to explore the area without hassle. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant. The views were absolutely incredible, and the drinks were expertly made. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery after a day of sightseeing. The only downside during my stay was that the gym was not open or available. As someone who enjoys working out while traveling, that was disappointing. Having access to a fitness center is always a plus for me, so I would love to see that available in the future. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the amazing staff, beautiful property, spotless rooms, prime location, and rooftop dining, I would gladly stay here again.
