Less of a hotel and more of a collection of rooms in an apartment building. There was little sound insulation from the kitchenette area which impacted sleep. No real reception to speak of and it was difficult to obtain one or two routine requests. Cleanliness and facilities were fair although some large cobwebs on the ceiling of the room that were too high to be removed. No availability of room make up on Sundays. The room and building was very secure, however, and access was straightforward.

Location is very convenient and is close to both the train station, and the older parts of the city. Breakfast spot was nearby and had good food and service. Stefano was very communicative and friendly. However, the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes that took days to dissipate, and we couldn't air it our by opening the windows when we got back because of the noise and the mosquitos. The shower was very tiny and the mattresses were very wobbly and a little uncomfortable.

We had a nice big room and were happy to be near the train station. All was well, but we can’t give this 5 stars like we always try to do. The shower head leaked so it sprayed everywhere until we switched to handheld, and our 2 short showers turned very cold off and on. The pillows were chunky, the blow dryers did not function, the AC was noisy and too weak for the size of the room. We did report the shower but never heard back. The included breakfast was down the street with pastry and beverage, but no fruit. Would not highly recommend but would stay here again if we had a big group, in cooler weather.

La posizione è ottima in pochi minuti a piedi raggiungi la galleria, Piazza Plebiscito, l'università ecc ,la stanza è abbastanza grande è al terzo piano con ascensore,pulita abbastanza,unica pecca la doccia che non so il motivo non miscelava bene l'acqua e ad un certo punto arrivava ghiacciata ein un altro era bollente. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura struttura, è veramente comoda

Einfachste Ausstattung, Dusche defekt und Duschkabine verschimmelt. Wände dreckig. Für eine Nacht gerade so ok. Die Betten sind nicht bequem. Kontakt war nett. Parkplätze nur in privaten Garagen für 25€ pro Nacht.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, so dass man alles gut erreichen kann. Die Fenster halten den Lärm der Stadt recht gut ab. Die Menschen, die dort arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Muy buena opción, agradable y cerca de los trenes

Nos recibió Gabriela, muy amable. Muy rápido el check in, el lugar es minimalista, limpio y agradable. En la habitación te reciben con Snacks y bebidas sin costo. Esta muy cerca de la estación de tren. El desayuno es bueno, además del pan dulce y el capuchino té dan Yogurth, jugo y otros parecidos con mermelada y nutella.

コスパ最高の設備充実ホテル

値段のわりには設備が充実していて、内装もかなり綺麗でした。接客も丁寧で心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。しかし、ちょっと見つけにくいところにあるので場所は要確認です。(ちなみに一階がバック屋さんなのでそれを目印にどうぞ)

Una sistemazione eccellente! Ci torneremo

Ero con i miei figli in una tripla spaziosissima e luminosa ristrutturata di recente con ogni confort (Wi-Fi aria condizionata, frigo bar). Letti comodissimi , stanza molto pulita e funzionale. Personale giovane e simpatico che cerca in ogni modo di rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Li ringrazio e consiglio questa struttura a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno a Napoli Stefano
