There is absolutely nothing good about this property. After complaining I was moved to a diff room but that was as bad as the other. Noisy, dingy, untidy. It looked like an old tiring building with lots of renovation work needed. No proper shower doors, toilet seats, rusty shower, hollow electric switches, sockets, aircon made noise all night. Lot of traffic noise as the rooms are facing the main road. Never ever going back there. If you still have free cancellation then go ahead and find another place even otherwise do the same.

For the price, this hotel is completely fine. Our room had a small balcony, which was nice, and a large bathroom. There was no minibar as advertised. Overall, branding themselves as a "luxury hotel" is a really far reach.

4 stars… more -4 stars. Please note this hotel is located in the middle of a shady neighbourhood, aka very local outskirt area where no one speaks english and tourist girls are cat called. We can hear everything in the street, if someone smokes in the common entrance downstairs OUTSIDE, you WILL smell it in your room. Then again looks like smoking in your room is common due to the ashtray in ours. There is mold in the shower, no toilet seat, and the deluxe room barely has light due to less than half of the lightbulbs functioning. To top it all, staff is not friendly. If you do book it, stick to the R5 bus from the train station and google maps to know which stop to get off.

comfortable enough. Far from city centre, various issues with our stay. - no wifi - ac was dripping onto the bed - sat down on the chair and it broke - very angry shower, made a mess in the bathroom. - included breakfast was just one beverage and pastry. Worst croissant I’ve ever eaten and had to pay extra for second coffee. - hotel was filled with cigarette smoke - balcony opened only onto a grate. Fine enough but not as comfortable as I would’ve liked.

Overall all okay. Hotel is very from Metro and the hot weather doesn t help. It is an okay place to stay BUT clearly several people have been smoking inside and the smell stays for long time, but everything else was ok.

Séjour pas confortable , la chambre avait un problème d(insonorisation (fenêtre) et un problème d'alarme qui a débuté à 4 h du matin a rendu le sommeil impossible , problème d'alarme a priori connu et pas de solution !!!!!

Customer service was awful. The reception, did not talk at all, only asked for the passport and handed me a dirty key, remote for AC and TV which both did not work. There's no WIFI. The room was disgusting. Seriously, I was afraid to lay on my bed. The lights were burnt out, there was a water leak near the washroom. The area of this property was questionable. If you are a lone traveler, i do not recommend it. It feels really unsafe around this area. It was also really noisy, you can hear the other people from their rooms and hallway. My overall stay was very disappointing.

Naples isnt as "safe" or walkable as the rest of Europe. Naples is an idustrial type city that has lots of graffiti, dirty streets and just doesnt look safe in most places. That being said, this hotel is past the airport and main Naples area but area is a tiny bit better than closer to train. We took taxi from port for cost of $30Euros. Taxi to airport was $20E. Hotel is clean and we simply spend the night for an early AM flight. There is a GREAT pizzeria about 2 blocks down and delicious bakery 1/2 block down. Would recommend if coming to naples. Worth being further from town.

Placed in a dangerous area
Pretty comfy for 3 nights but the area it was placed to, was terrible and full of shifty people. Only two members of the staff speak english and the breakfast ladies seem judgemental and not professional at all. Ths dangerous placement could be countered if you have a car, but if you dont, its better you dont choose the hotel because of gangs, pickpockets and very unreliable bus services. The area resembles a lot a 3rd world country.

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación amplia y la cama cómoda. El baño muy grande. El desayuno no es muy variado y el entorno parece inseguro, a pesar de que no tuvimos ningún problema. El personal muy amable.

Extrem laut, extrem klein. Es ist ganz normal, wenn man um 01:00 nachts aus dem Bett gehupt wird, weil irgendjemand auf der Straße 3 Sekunden schneller sein möchte als sein Kontrahent. Ich war schon öfters in 4 Sterne Hotels, das ist nichtmal ein 4 Sterne Hotel in Rumänien. Alles war schmutzig und stank, personal spricht stichwortartig Englisch. Sehr enttäuschender Trip, brauchen einen Urlaub von diesem Urlaub, kein einziges Frühstück wahrgenommen, obwohl es inkludiert war. Keine Ahnung welche Art von "Mensch" das isst. Viele Einheimische meinten, dass das die schlimmste Gegend Neapels ist, einer aus Caserta meinte Zitat: "very bad people there" "You got your luggage there?" Ich: "yes" und darauf folgte ein peinliches und bestürztes "Oh"..

Hotel sinpreocupación por los huéspedes.
La recepción estuvo bien. El chico que estaba hablaba inglés y pudimos entendernos. Al llegar a la habitación tuvimos un problema con la mampara de la ducha, se desencajó y al ir a recolocarla (con toda la buena fe del mundo) se rompió en mil pedazos. Mi pareja se cortó y debido a los nervios les explicamos brevemente lo que había pasado. Le dieron alcohol para las heridas y unas tiritas; nos limpiaron la habitación y nos llamaron al hall para decirnos el precio de la mampara. Al bajar quisimos hablar con el jefe porque entendíamos que había sido un accidente y que el propio material de la mampara estaba en mal estado, primero por desencajarse y luego por romperse. El recepcionista dijo que su jefe no quería hablar con nosotros y que si lo rompíamos, lo pagábamos. Lo lógico hubiese sido el darnos otra habitación, para poder ducharnos si queríamos, pero no fue así. Además, al dejar el hotel por la noche (debido a un vuelo muy temprano) el recepcionista de noche no hablaba en inglés, por lo que prácticamente tuvimos que hablarnos en señas y prácticamente nos dejó solos en la puerta del hotel, en la oscuridad de la calle, a esperar al taxi. No repetiríamos en este hotel y tampoco se lo recomendaríamos a nadie.

Friendly and helpful staff, particularly at breakfast. The room and the facilities were both very tired and could do with a freshen up. The location wasn't great, especially for getting in and out of the city centre.

O hotel é um ótimo custo benefício para quem está de carro. O quarto é espaçoso, confortável, limpo, no entanto para quem depende de transporte público é complicado, não há estação do metro perto, fim de semana os ônibus demoram mais de uma hora pra passar.

トイレがクリーンアップされていなかった唯一のホテル！
部屋の掃除が忘れられていたようですトイレに黄色い水が残り、タバコの吸殻まで浮かんでいました。タオルは交換されていたのですが。

Spina, hnus a zlodejna.
Meli jsme objednany pokoj pro 2 dospele a dve deti. Recepcni na dal dvouluzak. Kdyz jsme chteli pokoj odpovidajici rezervaci a poctu hostu, dal nam ho za uplatek bez dokladu 25 €. K snidani bylo pouze sladke pecivo, asi 3 druhy. Rozhodne to nebyla kontinentalni snidane, jak bylo avizovano!!!! Z nejakeho neznameho duvodu, chtel recepcni nechat klice od auta, coz jsem rozhodne nehodlal akceptovat. Velke zklamani z ubytovani.
