좋은 가격에 깨끗하고 넓은 좋은 호텔
가격이 좋아서 2박을 묶었습니다 첫날은 카프리에 가고 둘째날은 바리행 기차를 탔습니다 호텔 복도와 에어컨 시스템른 최첨단이었습다 아침식사도 좋았습니다 다만 체크아웃할때 호텔스닷컴에서 결제한 내역이 늦게 확인되서 기차에 늦을까봐 불안했습니다. 그래서 서비스는 4점입니다 나폴리 역에서 거리가 멀지만 항구에서는 가까워서 카프리 갈때는 좋았어요 나폴리는 전반적으로 원래 도로가 지저분한거 같아요 쓰레기도 많고 개똥도 많고 ㅋ 이상입니다

Room 1 - positives clean, quiet. Negatives- no toilet roll, no exterior window, no hand soap, lumpy old pillow. Room 2 positives - clean, quiet, very large. Negatives- noisy fan in bathroom, light over bathroom mirror not working, cold at night (no extra bedding in room and no control over heating). Had to wear a sweater in bed and use coat as extra cover. Lumpy old pillows. Switch and socket by bed falling off wall. TV on wall but no sign of a controller anywhere. Felt Hotel had an uncared for feel. Equipment and cleaning materials left lying around including box right outside my room door. Fortunately only there for 1 night but definitely did not match up to hotel’s own description of its facilities.

5 stars review will be not enough, how about 10 stars. I’m very happy that I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Hotel del Golfo. Gina and staff were very warm and welcoming. My special thanks to Hotel del Golfo staff Gina and Roberto for all guidance and directions. Look no further when staying in Naples. I highly recommend this place and you will thank me for my recommendation. I will definitely come back to Hotel del Golfo on my next trip to the beautiful city of Naples. I will also recommend the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is lovely. Very clean. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious. Coffee was available on site. The location was excellent - just a block from major square with shopping a restaurants. A very good value. Highly recommend

The staff was very helpful and attentive. Very close to a train station and ferry port so very convenient there. Our room was ever so slightly dirty (a hair on the bed and a makeup stain on a towel). Otherwise the hotel was great for our short stay.

Location was good, the streets nearby were dirty and seemed very questionable. The staff at the hotel was scarce. The cleaners cleaned everyday. The room and bathroom were a good size.

Bien situé
Propre, bien situé proche du bus pour l'aéroport et des ports, ainsi que du métro. Personnel sympathique quand il y a quelqu'un à la réception. La plupart du temps il n'y a personne. J'ai attendu plus de vingt minutes quand je suis arrivé.

The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond with guest service. From check-in to check-out they took great care to provide wonderful guest service. The hotel public space and guest room were well cleaned. Great housekeeping!

Vi ho soggiornato tra il 4 e 5 Giugno, ed ho trovato il titolare ed il personale gentile e disponibilissimo. La pulizia della camera più che perfetta, spaziosa e confortevole. A primo acchitto sembrava essere un luogo affollato e rumoroso per il via vai di turisti stranieri, ma si è rivelato molto silenzioso e ben insonorizzatoanche rispetto all'esterno. Lo consiglio.

Super friendly staff and hotel does the job. I didn’t feel safe in the area but I think it was just a shock of the appearance. I feel like you need a car to see the sites in the area.

Nice and comfortable stay
Hotel staff was very helpful, we had an issue with the AC system the very first night and it was taking care of immediately. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Hotel location is very convenient, it is close to port if you want to visit like Capri Island. There is metro station very close to hotel. Unfortunately there is a construction going with that station and it is closed until October, 2022. Of course we didn’t know about it but the other station wasn’t far away either. By the way, The room was surprisingly large compare to other European hotel rooms I stayed before.

Struttura recentemente ristrutturata, pulizia molto buona, gestione familiare con personale assolutamente disponibile. Ottima la posizione, a poca distanza dalla fermata metro Università e a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Plebiscito e dai decumani.

One night stay
This hotel was walkable to sights, and restaurants. Parking is not onsite but rather they direct you to a public parking garage. It is about a 10 min walk. When we went to it , it was full and we had to wait about 10 min for there to be space for our car.

Nettes Hotel in toller Lage
Das Hotel ist sauber, wir hatten ein sehr großes schönes Zimmer, die Lage ist für Besichtigungen hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Einzig der sehr kleine Frühstücksraum ohne Fenster ist trotz anständigem Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen, in der Nähe gibt es ganz tolle Frühstücksbars.

Family trip to Apulia
Great apartment in the middle of the old town of Bari. Check-in very easy with a courteous host. Apartment was very clean and had all what we needed for a nice two night stay in Bari. Parking was the only challenge as you are actually not allowed to drive to the inside of the old town. If you are lucky you will find some spaces on the outer belt of the old town. I would definitely recommend this apartment

Leider war bei meiner Ankunft keine Person bei der Rezeption, ich wartete ca 20 min, bis endlich jemand kam. Ich empfand dies als unhöflich. Man wies mir dann ein Zimmer zu im 3 Stock und meinte der Fahrstuhl ist defekt..( stimmte gar nicht) das Zimmer war leider ein Loch ohne Fenster, mit einer kleinen Luke an der Decke. Ich forderte ein anderes Zimmer, was ich dann auch bekam, eines mit Fenster. Ich denke der Start war sehr unglücklich, am nächsten Tag erlebte ic ja anderes Personal, welches freundlich war und das Frühstück war gut. Die angegebene Terrasse wurde leider nicht vorbereitet und bedienst sie auf den Bildern...

Buonasera, ci dispiace molto che lei non abbia gradito il suo soggiorno presso il nostro hotel. Purtroppo ci sono stati dei fraintendimenti durante il check in Comunque per il suo prossimo soggiorno a Napoli, venga nel nostro hotel e vedrà che il suo soggiorno sarà sicuramente migliore.

The bed was uncomfortable but its in a convenient area. Air con takes a while to get going which is a shame as heat was suffocating . Toilet roll not kept stocked up
