호텔 상태는 나쁘지 않음
호텔 상태는 나쁘지 않음. 아침일찍 공항에 가야했기에 공항에서 가까운 호텔을 선택했음. 주변이 공장지대 같은 곳들이어서 조금 놀랐지만 호텔은 맞음. 조금 아쉬웠던 것은 주변에 슈퍼마켓 등이 없음. 다행히 피자가게가 있어서 저녁을 해결했음. 피자가격 정말 저렴했고 맛있었음. 2판 먹을껄... 아쉽.

역에서 호텔을 오려면 택시를 반드시 타야함. 버스가 있긴하나 정류장에서 한참걸어와야함. 택시를 타려면 호텔직원에게 이야기해야 싸게 탈수있음 그렇지 않으면 바가지 요금을 씀.

I don't recommend this hotel
This hotel is so clean and comfortable. But it is not closed to the city. And it has bad transportation. Especially when I wanted to go to airport, I had to go to the naples train station first although the station is farther than the airport. (But if you take a taxi paying 17 euros, you will arrive the airport in about 10-15 minutes.) And I couldn't find a restaurant I wanted to go to near here. In addition photos in this site are a little different from real rooms. They have not white blanket but blue. And they offered 3-4 thin towels and only 1 thick towel. The breakfast is not good. Every morning I ate terrible croissants.

We arrived in Naples at 1pm and needed to fly out the next morning at 8am, so closeness to airport and quality of hotel was my top priority. I’ve been to Naples many times and know taxis are easily accessible. There is only residential around the hotel. So we dropped our bags and took our taxi to the centre of Naples, this was from airport and they waited 15 minutes so price was $40 euro. On the return taxi, was only $10 euro. Highly advise not walking to the centre. The owners of this hotel are absolutely amazing! The room we had was a quadruple, for myself , my daughter and son-in-law. Tons of room. I had a large delicious glass of Pinot Grigio for $5 euros. And the hotel is quite stunning inside and out, small quaint and peaceful, 5 minute drive in the a.m to airport which the owner arranged for us. Enjoy the city and sleep in peace and comfort.

Hotellet er fint hvis man skal have en hurtig overnatning hvis man lander sent med flyet. Men der er sprøjtet med rigtig meget parfume og så ligger det også lige op af togbanen. Der er parkering direkte på gaden, hvad der ellers er svært i Napoli så det er et plus.

Schoon hotel in een vervallen omgeving. Ondanks buiten de treinen en metro is het stil binnen. Jammer dat er geen ontbijt, drinken of eten is te krijgen.

Zona nada atrayente, hotel correcto y muy limpio
Pasamos una noche para estar cerca del aeropuerto. Llegamos de noche con coche y, la verdad, la zona no es nada atrayente. A pesar de que pueda parecer peligrosa, no lo es. Es una zona muy industrial cerca de las vias del tren. No hay que asustarse por la zona. Nosotros anduvimos por alli y no tuvimos ningún problema. Hay sitios para comer, nada especial pero se puede comer. El hotel está bien, muy limpio y habitación amplia y cómoda

The hotel was near the airport - as described, but the cab driver who drove me to the airport charged double 25 euro for a 12-euro fare (per meter) and the area around the hotel looked unsafe and dirty.

While this property was by the subway, it was in the middle of nowhere, in a sketchy part of town. Our room smelled so badly of smoke, and the bed was rock hard. The breakfast was okay; traditional Italian breakfast offerings. The staff was very friendly, and the place was clean for the most part, aside from the mold we had in our shower. It was affordable, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Breakfast was good. The area is a little shady, but yet again Napoli is not the prettiest city. Its close to the airport by taxi in 10 minutes. I would not recommend walking around the neighborhood at night.

We had a very late night time arrival from Madrid. The flight was delayed by almost one hour so we got to the hotel at 11.30pm. The hotel has an arrangement with a taxi company to pick up and deliver clients from the airport to the hotel for 17 euros. When we arrived at Joyfull we were met by a very agreeable young man who checked us in with a smile. The room is very pleasant with an outside patio and chairs that we will unfortunately not get to sample because checkout is 10am and we are moving on to central Naples.

The Joyfull Hotel was clean and quiet and a great place to stay close to the airport, especially if you have dinner at Trattoria Don Alphonso! It is not in a very nice area however!

We were allowed to check in at noon, they changed our room when our original basement room smelled too musty and damp and gave us a new one that was quiet and clean and nice. The location is in a regular-type neighborhood, and there is only the one restaurant nearby (menu is in Italian, fyi). It was very near the airport (about 10 min drive early the next day).

Vi tilbragte kun en enkelt nat på hotel Joyfull, da vi skulle tilbage til Danmark næste morgen. Hotellet er generelt fint ... flot værelse, god morgenmad, rent, billigt og venligt personale. Der mangler siddeareal evt blot en bænke lært et par stole udenfor, så man ikke kun har det lidt mørke fællesområder ved receptionen/baren. Vi synes der snyder at der er billeder af spa-område... måske fordi vi ikke har læst beskrivelse godt nok - men det er ikke på hotellet. Hotellet er fint for en enkelt overnatning - men tro ikke at det ligger tæt ved lifthavnen .... vejnettet betyder at man ikke lige kan tage en shuttle bus men en taxa (17euro) Området er slidt og hvad de fleste ville betegne som skummelt.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out. The area was alright- a good restaurant was in walking distance, which was good because we thought the hotel served dinner but they don’t. Staff was nice. Towels were weird. But it got the job done!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel but the location was disappointing. It was in a run down area of Naples and we felt uncomfortable walking around. Also we were informed when we arrived that the nearest restaurants were closed because it was a holiday. We would have eaten at our previous location had we been informed of this in advance. However, our stay was only for 1 night and was conveniently near the airport for an early flight back the next morning.

Close to the airport - that is all
Very clean hotel/room. Big, airy room. Weird towels - from cloth, not actual towels. Bed needs mattress upgrading. Wi-Fi not good, working very slowly. Service was OK but speaking English when you have such a business is a MUST and they spoke rather "italinglish". Location - close to the airport but in a very dirty and unwelcoming (to say the least) neighborhood. Breakfast - OK if you do not care about your glycemic index and if you're not vegan. If you are - no breakfast. Months in advance I wrote to the hotel saying that I am vegan and I would appreciate having fresh fruit. They never replied and there was no fresh fruit. Thus for a night's stay, close to the airport (having your flight the next day) it is a good hotel to stay. For more than that, no.
