The staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. They helped me get a taxi at 5:30am when I had to check out early due to a flight change. The hot breakfast buffet was awesome and the view from the terrance was breath taking. This hotel is right across the castle and near hop on n off bus. The bed was comfy and room was very clean. Location was great. I got excusions booked by the corner agency down a block right across from the port and castle corner. We booked a excursion to Pompeii and boat ride to Capri which was safe. The area around the train station is a bit scary and be careful at all train and metro stations as I was surprised with the amount of pick pockets in all Italy areas like Naples, Rome, and Florence. I recommend to take Ubers or Taxi's around vs Metros. It was 30 Euros from the airport to the hotel and 13.50 euros for a taxi from the hotel to the train station. But i was very happy this hotel it was in a good area and I would stay here again if I visit again. I also found a great exchange rate place that the ratewas 88 euros per $100 US with no commission fee which is located a few stores down on the same side as you walk to the castle. I highly recommend this place.

The property was nice overall and the train is accessible right across the street. As far as the hotel goes, the first night the electrical sockets weren’t working, so we had to move to a basic room for one night. The next day we returned to our premium room, but Netflix and YouTube weren’t usable due to the poor internet connection. If you’re not someone who relies on TV or streaming, this would be a good place to stay.

Good value close to ferries

Clean and in good condition. Terrace breakfast a clear plus. Very close to the ferry terminal to the islands, and a reasonable walk to via Toledo, Spanish quarters and the old town. Biggest issue we had was that the water in the shower took quite a long time to heat up, so no real problems.

Un desastre de Hotel de 4 estrellas

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que ha sido un desastre. La ubicación es buena. Pero es lo único salvable. El aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía un ruido estridente de forma aleatoria, que no dejaba dormir. El bufet del desayuno era muy, muy justito y de baja calidad. Con bollos que no eran del día, por ejemplo. El agua de la ducha tardaba mucho en salir caliente y con muy poca fuerza. La ducha y el grifo del lavabo se salía. La nevera nos la encontramos abierta con todo caliente. En la caja fuerte no hacían contacto algunas teclas. La tetera de la habitación para calentar agua estaba sucia con restos blancos en el fondo y en la boca de salida. Se fue la luz durante horas uno de los días. He estado 4 días y en 3 de ellos uno de los dos ascensores ha estado estropeado, con los tiempos de espera que eso supone en un edificio de 7 pisos. Vamos.... una completa decepción.

O hotel e funcionários muito bons . Registro apenas que o ar condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando . Foi chamado para conserto . Em primeiros 15 minutos funcionou e depois parou . Quando chamado pela segunda vez , já trouxeram um ventilador . Outra coisa , o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando . Para eu falar com a recepção telefonei do meu aparelho .

Hotel is in a great location! There is a Metro stop right outside the hotel, and the hotel is only a 5min walk from the Airport Shuttle (which stops at the Port). Gym is basic, but has good quality eqipment...gym is open 24h which is very helpful. Breakfast is good....nice selection of food. There is also a beautiful terrace, so when the weather is nice, its great to enjoy your breakfast outside. Good size bedroom, and good bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!!

Meh…il suffit comme hôtel mais pas fantastique.

Proche aux bateaux, transport publique. Loin de l’aéroport avec des embouteillages partout. L’hôtel était assez bonne mais pas fantastique. Quartier n’était pas si bon avec voleurs à la tire. Petit déjeuner bon mais pas exceptionnel.

窓を閉めるとしずかになります。スタッフの対応は良かったです。毎日のアメニティの補充に難あり。何故かトイレットペーパーの予備が減って行きます。フェリー発着、地下鉄、タクシー、空港、地下鉄も側で便利。おすすめですね。
