Massimo and his wife were warm and friendly. Massimo was very helpful with a ready map of the key sites of Naples. It is located within walking distance to the historic district as well as the central train station. The accommodations are extremely clean and have a room safe, mini fridge, WiFi and a wonderful breakfast to your room.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to spend your stay in Naples.

Lovely visit to Naples and a great location for those looking to use travel easily by train. It is a perfect launch point for visits in the immediate area. Paolo was extremely helpful during our stay. The breakfast served in our room was a perfect start to a relaxing day.

We chose this place as it was close to the train station and although the area can seem a little hectic it’s actually fine Massimo will meet you at the door to let you in as its behind a large wooden door , Our room was spacious and comfortable with good AC and Wi -Fi Breakfasts is severed in the room and consists of orange juice , croissant and tea/ coffee , there are plenty of places outside to get more if needed , also supermarkets close by Massimo spent time with us upon arrival giving us recommendations for our visit including things to see and restaurants, He also organized a taxi for me to the airport and arranged a fix price Very nice clean place with great hosts within the walking distance to the main areas , the metro is also right there if you don’t want to walk

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Massimo and Maria were terrific hosts. Massimo went out of his way to provide an early breakfast to accomodate our touring schedules. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The staff were so welcoming and kind. The directions to the property were sent on arrival and so clear and easy from the train. Lovely breakfast delivered to the room. I highly recommend staying there as a single woman.

Sparkling clean boutique hotel across from Napoli Garibaldi could not be more convenient for our needs. It was super easy to make our way to Sorrento, Pompei and Positano for day trips. Recommend and will stay again!

This was the best room we had our entire Italy trip. From the host meeting us out on the sidewalk and helping us with our luggage up to the room, to the amazing breakfast delivered to our room the next morning. I would stay here again if I ever decide to return to Naples.

The place is super clean ! Its a good place to stay if you plan to be out all day . Its near the naples central station. Its just kind of sketchy outside the hotel but there are a lot of police so its still safe. Lots of places to eat ! Overall this hotel is not bad at all.

We had 2 beautiful rooms. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, serving us coffee and a bread in our rooms! Wow! Very convenient to the train station without the noise! My daughter and her husband both said this is a real gem! Would definitely recommend it to friends and family
