The staff were so welcoming and kind. The directions to the property were sent on arrival and so clear and easy from the train. Lovely breakfast delivered to the room. I highly recommend staying there as a single woman.

Excellent location, room has everything you need. Bed is comfortable but did not like pillow. That is only negative I have. I wish there is two types of pillow, soft and hard. Host can be reaches easily. Met us at the entrance of building. Breakfast is simple with tea or coffee with choice of croissants. I will stay again if I come to Naple again. I always stay in Hilton but there was none near this location and thus I gave try and it was good.

The place is super clean ! Its a good place to stay if you plan to be out all day . Its near the naples central station. Its just kind of sketchy outside the hotel but there are a lot of police so its still safe. Lots of places to eat ! Overall this hotel is not bad at all.

We had 2 beautiful rooms. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, serving us coffee and a bread in our rooms! Wow! Very convenient to the train station without the noise! My daughter and her husband both said this is a real gem! Would definitely recommend it to friends and family

I had such a wonderful stay here! Close to the train station. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. I’m looking forward to visiting Naples again and will definitely stay here.

Clean place near Napoli station

The location was perfect for us since we were taking a train back and forth. Massimo and Maria were so nice and helpful. Place was well kept and very clean. Delicious fresh croissant in the morning was a bonus.

This property exceeded expectations. The josts were incredibly welcoming and friendly meeting on arrival and messaging prior to arrival with instructions- a few minutes walk from the central train station and a busy bustling area on arrival. The contact prior to and meeting by the host was really helpful. The room and decoration of the vicinity was beautiful- don’t be put off by the bustling streets. Would definitely stay again and so conveniently located.

Sparkling clean boutique hotel across from Napoli Garibaldi could not be more convenient for our needs. It was super easy to make our way to Sorrento, Pompei and Positano for day trips. Recommend and will stay again!

Convenient location and room is clean and modernized. Friendly staff. The neighborhood outside is convenient in proximity to train station, but appears pretty run down and doesn’t feel super safe with the kids. The staff was communications over WhatsApp and met us outside the building and escorted us into the property. The building hosts many residences from various companies. Once you’re inside, it’s nice and well maintained. Breakfast service and everyone so friendly made up for the exterior shortcomings.

We had the most amazing experience thanks to our host, Massimiliano. He truly goes above and beyond for his guests! From the moment we arrived, he took the time to welcome us personally, explain everything there is to see, and give great tips on how to get around. During our trip, we had an issue with a reservation at another hotel, and Massimiliano went out of his way to help us, he even called the hotel himself (in Italian!) to sort things out for us. Who does that these days? The hotel itself is spotless, quiet, and perfectly located, but what really makes the difference is the incredible hospitality. Sometimes he even waits outside to greet his guests personally, that’s just the kind of host he is. We’ve stayed in many places, but Massimiliano is truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. Highly, highly recommend ! I would give 100/5 but i can't !

Very convenient location. The train station is just across the street. Very cozy and clean apartment. For breakfast, they provided fresh baked croissant and coffee which were delivered to our room. The property manager/owner are very nice! We enjoyed staying there.
