The staff are excellent especially Barbara English speaking and very knowledgeable we had a lovely big room with a very big balcony I have stayed here at least 5 times now it’s very close to my family that live in the next village away I always stay here the location is excellent for naples and the amalfi coast I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m visiting my family great hotel great people and very good prices

We only stayed 1 night as a transition to other place. It was fine for that purpose (get there, eat dinner, leave). In our very limited time, it did not look like a place to stay unless you have your own car.

There was an issue with the beds, as the queen bed was two single beds, the mattresses were not comfortable, their breakfast had a hidden menu that not all guests had access to ?

We sat around for 2 hours before they finally told us they'd have to transfer us to their "other" property due to "problems." While the other location was exceptionally clean, the staff was unfriendly, the property was industrial and unwelcoming. Thankfully we were only there one night before an early flight.

Struttura molto bella esteticamente, immersa in un parco molto tranquillo. Personale cortese e sempre disponibile. Da migliorare la pulizia specialmente dei servizi. Le camere ricavate nelle vecchie stalle con armadio e bagno all'ingresso e letto nel soppalco sono decisamente poco funzionali.

Très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel calme et reposant.

Très chouette nuit passée dans cet hôtel, situé au calme dans la ville de Cercola, à 10 km de l'aéroport de Naples. La chambre familiale est très grande, avec une immense terrasse avec chaises longues, les lits sont de bonne qualité. Les jardins aux alentours sont charmants et reposants. Attention que certains soirs, ils servent de lieux de fête (anniversaire, baptêmes, mariages...) pour de grands groupes extérieurs. C'est assez bruyant lorsque l'on s'y balade mais charmant car l'animation prolonge un peu nos vacances. 😉😉 Le restaurant, très classe, est accueillant et les repas excellents. Le petit déjeuner est assez simple mais très correct (buffet de viennoiseries et gâteaux). Bref, nous avons apprécié cet hôtel. Bénédicte, Philippe, Robin et Loris

Secondo soggiorno nella struttura ed è stato davvero ottimo. All'arrivo la piacevole sorpresa dell'upgrade della camera, una junior suite decisamente spaziosa ed accogliente. anche il ristorante è buono, molto bello mangiare all'aperto nel cortile della villa. Sicuramente un'ottima struttura dove tornare!

I don't remember the name of the girl on the reception, just noticed that she speaks several languages. She made a first good impression about the place. It's clean and nice. Also you can park your car inside the premises. There is a restaurant near by, so it might be noisy during the night. Overall I'd say it's the best hotel I've seen in southern Italy during my 1 week trip.

Mejorable la situación (aunque no era desconocido por mi) y el estado de la habitación. Necesita reformarse el baño. Iba con coche y no fue un problema porque tiene parking. En transporte público no se como habría ido. La zona, pintoresca cuanto menos, como todo lo que rodea Nápoles. Desayuno correcto. Personal amable.
