Room had no air conditioning which was a challenge, the room was clean, and the landlord tried to be helpful during our stay but for me the pillows were very hard and the kettle outside our room for tea and coffee didn't fit into any plug in the wall which was odd and the lamp on one side of the bed didn't work. We were fortunate and unfortunate as it was San Gennaro célébrations so they had a band playing outside our hotel until 10pm and then further down the street until midnight. An important celebration so couldn't be helped. We had cards each morning to get our breakfast at a local cafe which was very nice.

Great place for the price. The shower was small, but I could stand up, just not turn around, but this is common. Bed wasn't the best but was ok. When I checked in it was very strange that the person secretly took a picture and video of me on their phone and didn't want me to see. I'm sure it was just procedure, but I would have liked a straight statement about this instead of in secret. GREAT location!

Extremely poor service, the check in ends at 2pm after which the guests cannot use the room they have paid for. Having travelled extensively this is the first time I come across a hotel that does not provide access to the room after 2pm! On top of it they do not speak any English which is ridiculous given that they are on Expedia which is an international site… AVOID!!!

Check-in was a huge issue for me. I wasn’t aware that check-in is only available from 10ish to 1pm and my plane arrived at 7pm. There was no option to go into the room when i arrived I had to book another room at a sketchy motel because it was last minute. Do not recommend. Staff wasn’t so understanding and I wouldn’t consider it a hotel. I think there should’ve been a way to go into the room electronically. Check-in is like 50 years outdated. Then got charged a tourist tax which is fine but the fact that it could only be paid with cash was annoying, again its outdated service. Last thing, the spring bed was highkey terrible i got a bruise on my hip cause of the springs.

A FUIR !

A FUIR ! Cet hôtel n'est pas au niveau du prix demandé ! Accueil désagréable, des horaires inflexibles (faites très attention : aucun remboursement possible si vous n'arrivez pas dans les temps), une salle de douche sale, un mauvais matelas, très bruyant, bref.. Si l'accueil avait été chaleureux.. mais même pas !

L'accoglienza non è stata delle migliori: la ragazza sembrava quasi scocciata. Inoltre, nonostante avessimo chiesto nei giorni precedenti di poter lasciare i bagagli, non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta ed alla fine ci è stata negata la possibilità. Personale di pulizia poco rispettoso del silenzio la mattina: già dalle 9 si sentivano rumori e parlottii a voce altissima senza rispettare il riposo degli ospiti. Tuttavia, la stanza è risultata confortevole ed il letto comodo. La struttura era abbastanza pulita ad eccezione del box doccia.

部屋自体は特に問題ない。部屋にたどり着くまでに必要となる4個の鍵の使い分けと、部屋の場所に迷わずたどり着くことに注意を要する。 宿は旧市街にあり歴史的なナポリの街の雰囲気を味わうにはとても良い。一味違う旅を楽しみたい方にお勧め。

La struttura è situata in una zona che definirei più che "pittoresca", davvero pessima. I taxi non arrivano fino alla struttura poichè si trova in vicoli piccolissimi e stretti e dunque si rifiutano volontariamente di passare da li. Personale estremamente scortese e disorganizzato che non è stato in grado di accoglierci al nostro arrivo se non sotto sollecitazione di molte chiamate e con ritardo di 2 ore. Per quanto riguarda la partenza, hanno sostenuto che i bagagli non potevano essere tenuti da loro e che questo tipo di servizio non era ne previsto e ne dovuto, nonostante avessimo chiesto semplicemente un favore e avessimo già liberato con largo anticipo la camera. I bagagli sono stati portati da NOI in un altro hotel come bagagli esterni. Davvero terribile, di cattivo gusto e di una mancanza di educazione fuori dalla norma.

Beware!!! What was not clear when we booked is that this is not a hotel or even B&B- it’s a suite of apartments within a residential building that is mostly unstaffed!!! We turned up at 11pm, and couldn’t even get in the building!!!! Then someone turned up and we got as far as the locked door of soggiorno paradiso... no one answered the door or phone. Eventually another guest let us in, and it now being midnight we had no alternative but to sleep in an unlocked room. The next morning was even worse. When the lady turned up she told us off for sleeping in the room!!! Then she tried to demand an extra €100 for extra beds- that we had clearly paid for (she refused to even look at my printed invoice)- presumably trying to scam us out of the extra money. And then she refused to move us to the room that we had actually booked, on the grounds that we should stay in the room that we had slept in the first night! She clearly doesn’t care about guests! The Expedia small print says that guests need to prearrange how to get into the property at leat 2 days in advance!!! What sort of a BB makes it impossible to arrive? Expedia should not be advertising this property.... and should put in large type BEFORE payment that arriving is very hard!!
