Great staff and lovely breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. The room was clean and the location was next to the Duomo.
The negatives may not be an issue for some travelers, but the noise from the square in front of the church woke us up many times each night. I used noise canceling earbuds to help get sleep. The neighborhood has a collection of homeless people that argue at all hours and choose not to use the portable toilet provided. Not sure how the issue can be addressed but it was a concern at night when returning to locked gates and entering passcodes in the dark.
The staff made the stay a positive and Napoli is a great big noisy place with lovely art and history. We would return because it’s well worth the visit, challenges included.
