“First floor room was large with terrace area. Room was clean but really needs updating. Fabric chair in room was quite dingy, noticed in last day mold in the air conditioner blower. Room smelled damp and slightly musty upon return each day after exploring the area. Lake and beach house had good food and the area is very convenient to Bonita beach and Lovers key state park. ”

“The first room I was given had an overpowering smell of urine the moment you walked in, so I walked back out. 2nd room was fine. Overall the hotel is a bit dated and run down.”

“Room was very clean modern. Would advise not staying in waterway rooms as your looking into the neighbors backyard.”

“The good: The room is adequately large. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast provided was adequate. Needed improvements: The air-conditioning unit is too loud and when it cycles onit blows with a huge force otherwise there's no air movement. Ceiling fans would be a necessary addition. Not much kitchen ware provided. There needs to be a grab bar installed in the shower. Not enough hangers. The couch in the living area is worn out and saggy. ”

“The room was mostly clean, but the floor was dirty as soon as we walked in, we had to brush off our feet to get into the bed, so we don’t track dirt/ sand into the bed on our feet. Staff was ok, not particularly friendly as everyone describes, just there. The bathtub was clogged, so the water drained super slow filling up the bathtub as you showered.”

“They have a shuttle that takes you to the beach and give you towels, chairs and waters, very helpful ”

“A clean and pleasant room with a very comfortable bed. The bathrooms could be better, although the shower water actually stays in the shower, so points earned there! Two sinks would be better.”

“Nice basic property. Pool area was very nice. The location in Naples is great. Be aware that there is a daily Eco fee of $13. Also, the tiki bar adds an automatic 20% service fee.”
