Cleaning staff do not speak a word of English (don't know common or daily words like towel, soap, bed, bedsheets, etc.). We've noticed only 1 maintenance worker for approx. over ...

The Perry Hotel Naples
Terrible. Had to stay in a room that I didn’t get to stay in bc my flight was cancelled due to Atlanta weather. Why in the world would any hotel room be non refundable when weather was the cause?. Terrible business plan by hotels.com
