Narita Tobu Hotel Airport
Friendly staff but rooms were hot as a sauna. No air conditioning and the sign indicated so not open windows. Pillows were so old they had clumps of foam. Difficult sleep to no sleep prior to flying. Shuttle was great to airport and left at great times

Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan
Largest room we had in Tokyo area. Airport shuttle was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and understood most English. My only compliment is the beds were soooooo hard. My hips complained all night.

Rooms are so small, beds are hard . Booked 2 adults ,2 kids but had to argue for another 2 pillows .Buffet was good and stay was cheap with free shuttle

The room was spacious new and clean had a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast was fresh. The only complaint was there was couple of minutes of elevator wait it seems everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, available towels and hair products. There was a small grocery store, and bar in the building and nearby ...
